Okay - I don't even know where to start. Long story short, I was looking to adopt a kitten. Before I knew it the internet had presented me with not one, but two "kittens" -- Who happened to be about a year old, previously feral, and not down to be my bestie (sigh).
After a few incredibly frustrating conversations with the adoption agency, I had no other option than to be incredibly transparent with Kristiina. I had no idea that the kittens I assumed would be ready to play and love me in five seconds, would in fact not eat for over a week, not leave the closet, or under the bed for over ten days and certainly not accept any form of human touch or closeness. I felt horrible and was certainly not well versed on how to help them feel happy, comfortable, and safe.
Kristiina virtually walked me through the entire process giving me effective tips and tricks on how to make them feel at home. She connected me with other people who had similar problems, made me not feel crazy for obsessing over what I could be doing wrong, and she was incredibly knowledgeable on things I certainly couldn't find on google.
I could not recommend her enough as a source of guidance and knowledge on all things feline - I can guarantee she can help cats in any state at any time!
