I found Kristiina when my sweet cat Rosie experienced redirected aggression after a fight through a window with another cat. It was incredibly stressful for everyone as she wouldn't let us get up or walk around without flying into a violent rage. Kristiina was reassuring that we would be able to fix the situation, and provided specific and clear advice in the plan she created for us.

Her confidence that Rosie would get better was particularly reassuring to me. When we had issues reintroducing visitors, I assumed that we just wouldn't be able to have people over. I scheduled a follow up with Kristiina, and she gave me instructions on how to introduce Rosie to a new guest, which worked immediately.

An added bonus was that she connected us with an incredible veterinarian and was able to fill this vet in on the behavior side of things before Rosie came into the office.

Would not hesitate to call Kristiina again for any cat behavior problem, and have already referred her to friends.
